Believe it or not this is going to be possible in the future.
A biologist at King’s College in London combined cells from human gums with cells from molar teeth of embryonic mice and implanted them in the kidney tissue of living mice. And guess what? It grew teeth with roots!!!! Wow, imagine what dentistry will become in the future. This is amazing!
Forget all that amalgam, you will go to the dentist and if you have a cavity there will be a gel that you put in the hole and the tooth grows back, or if it is too badly destroyed we can pull it and put a couple of cells in and another tooth will grow in place. Wow!
So, the future generations when discovering the bodies of our time, and find the titanium implants that we are placing, they will be amazed of how ancient we were. Although, the implants now are the most modern and successful treatment in dentistry.
